With a background in legal practice, Cecilia has developed strong technical expertise in all matters relating to workplace law.
As a Senior Associate in private practice for almost 10 years, Cecilia held a diverse client base and advised organisational leaders on a broad range of industrial matters and disputes. Cecilia then spent eight years as a Senior Manager and Acting Commissioner at the SA Equal Opportunity Commission, where she was responsible for the Commission's training and education function and gained significant experience in assessing and managing complaints of discrimination, including disability discrimination. She was also involved in policy development and working closely with organisations to develop diversity and inclusion strategies.
Now, as a Director of Perks People Solutions, Pty Ltd, Cecilia continues to advise employers on a broad range of HR and workplace relations matters, with a specific interest in building the capacity of leaders.
